2021 Barnbougle Golf Tour

DAY 1: Arrive Launceston 

Recommended flight:  JQ745 departing Sydney at 7:20am

& arriving into Launceston at 9:05am

Group transfer to Barnbougle Golf Links (approx. 90 mins)

GOLF AT Lost Farm 18 holes

Within a week of opening, Lost Farm was rated in the top 10 courses in Australia by Golf Australia Magazine, and also entered U.S. Golf Magazine’s Top 100 List. Stylishly appointed, the rooms at Lost Farm Lodge provide an elegant accommodation option for golfers wishing to stay on site at the golf course.  With views of the course, coastline and Tasmanian hinterland each room is only a short stroll to the Lodge Restaurant, Spa, Clubhouse and first tee. 

DAY 2: GOLF AT The Dunes  – optional all day golf

Set on spectacular stretch of scenic coastline- this is true links golf by the sea. The natural undulations and ocean views have been used to create 18 superb holes. Natural flora and fauna, wild life and birdlife inhabit the area. Charming, unique cottages accommodate up to four golfers with breathtaking scenic views. Clubhouse boasts spectacular beach views with restaurant offering fresh Tasmanian produce and fine wines.

DAY 3: GOLF AT the Lost Farm—18 Holes

Lost Farm has not 18, but 20 holes, counting its two short pitch-shot bye holes. The design is dramatic and unusual, particularly the par-4 fifth, a dogleg right along the river, whose blind tee shot brings to mind the 17th at St. Andrews. Instead of old black sheds, a high dune blocks view of the fairway from the tee.
