A few years ago when the Super Bowl XLIX was announced to be in Phoenix Arizona, I knew it was going to be a tour we just had to do! But what I didn’t realise was just how good it was going to be… It was crazy! It’s hard to know where to start…
The day at the Waste Management Phoenix Open was incredible. The place to be is the 16th, which is a Stadium hole and we had a private box right next to the tee! Within 30 minutes of us getting there Molinari hit his hole in one and never before have I witnessed a scene like this, unbelievable!! We played the best courses in the area, but the round we had at TPC Scottsdale the Tuesday after the Tournament, was an absolute stand out.
What blew me away the most on this tour though was the Super Bowl. I was never a fan before, but now I am hooked! The atmosphere was incredible, like nothing I have experienced, and as you know I’ve been to a few events in my time! The hype was amazing, with so many people celebrating inside and outside of the stadium. The passion they have for their teams in phenomenal! It’s one of those experiences that you try to explain, but you just honestly can’t do it justice. It’s something you need to experience firsthand. It was truly amazing and I’m so glad we did it.
We had a great group of tourists with us on this trip, and that’s what really made it. As with me, I’m sure it’s something they will never forget.
It could just be the best tour we have ever done! Another Bucket List box ticked.
After the runaway success of our 2015 tour we are going to do it again, but even BETTER in 2016! We have put together our itinerary for the Super Bowl 50 & Phoenix Open Tour for February 2016!
