The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip is a spectacular 18-hole layout on Vietnam's southern coast. Designed by Greg Norman, the course sits on a coastal plateau with elevation changes of up to 50 metres. It traverses rugged seaside dunes and native vegetation, giving it the feel of a true links course. Because the property is exposed to the strong onshore winds of the South China Sea, conditions can change dramatically during a round, making club selection and trajectory control paramount.
The course is routed through towering dunes, with holes that offer panoramic views of the ocean and the forested interior. The signature hole is the par-3 4th, played from a high dune with a 360-degree view of the coast and the resort.
Native crawling vegetation and sandy loam soil provide excellent drainage and firm turf conditions. The resort emphasises environmental stewardship and uses minimal irrigation outside of playing surfaces.
