PGM Sohsei Golf Club (often written "PGM Sosei") lies in the rolling woodland outside Narita and offers three nine-hole loops that can be combined for different 18-hole experiences. The West course uses pronounced elevation changes; its greens are shaped like the back of a horse and demand precise approach shots. The East course threads through towering trees and features bold bunkering, while the South course is the most dramatic thanks to an island green on the second hole and numerous deep bunkers and water hazards. Together these loops create a challenging, American-style resort course.
The championship routing combines the East and South nines. The course plays 6,181 yards from the back tees with a par of 72. Gently rolling terrain and lakes influence play, and players must negotiate strategic bunkering and treelined corridors.
