All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any verbal quote is treated as an estimate only and may be revised once the booking is confirmed.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers, it can help cover cancellation, loss of deposit, baggage loss or damage, medical costs, extra accommodation, repatriation, and unexpected changes caused by illness or other circumstances. Travellers may be asked to carry proof of insurance and provide it when requested by Teed Up staff or suppliers.
Each tour itinerary and online booking form may have its own payment terms, and those terms take priority over the general booking conditions. Unless otherwise advised, a 20% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm a booking. Some tours may require additional deposits before the final payment date, and deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the itinerary.
Full payment is due 120 days before departure for international tours and 60 days before departure for Australian tours. If the final balance is not received by the due date, Teed Up may treat the booking as cancelled and apply cancellation charges. Credit card payments attract an additional fee of 2% for Visa & Mastercard and 3% for American Express.

Teed Up Golf Tours packages do not include travel to and from the designated departure city, passport and visa costs, personal expenses (such as laundry, taxis, telephone calls, and room service), meals and beverages not specified, excess baggage charges, personal travel or baggage insurance, postage or incidental costs, or any third-party fees payable directly by the traveller.
Teed Up Golf Tours is also not responsible for excess baggage fees, and travellers should check baggage allowances and conditions directly with their respective airlines prior to departure.
The package typically includes accommodation in a 5-star hotel or resort with daily breakfast, along with golf arrangements at leading championship courses such as golf inclusions generally cover green fees, one caddie per golfer, and shared buggy use on the course.
Transfers are also included, such as airport transfers and scheduled transport between the hotel and golf courses. Depending on the itinerary, guests may also enjoy special dining experiences, including a welcome dinner, farewell dinner, and selected lunches or wine experiences where specified in the tour programme.
Teed Up Golf Tours typically organizes small group golf tours with approximately 12 to 24 players. Additionally, 10-20% of guests may be accompanied by a partner, family member, or non-golfing companion.
The final number of participants may vary depending on the tour and is subject to availability, and booking capacity.

Each host brings different expertise, from PGA-level golf knowledge to international travel leadership, helping guests enjoy a well-organised, social and golf-focused tour experience.
