A record breaking 9 holes in one!! Gary Player at 80 years of age, the oldest person to ever record an ace at the Masters. Jimmy Walker, Andy Sullivan, Zach Johnson, David Lingmerth, Smylie Kaufman and Webb Simpson followed suit with aces of their own.
Former champions, current players and special invitees play in the event. Family members and friends caddie and often participate with an occasional tee shot or putt.
We had groups following Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, as well as Marc Leishman, Steven Bowditch, Adam Scott and the Jason Day, Cameron Smith, Kiradech Aphibarnrat group. Others gathered on the grassy knolls around DeSoto Spring Pond and Ike’s Pond cheering throughout the afternoon.
