27 Jun PGA Update
Good to see another European win! Fredrick Jacobsen wins his first US PGA title, he has done a bit of work on his action it seems, he did have a very pronounced dip of his left shoulder (which is terrible for consistency) but he has improved that a lot, so expect more things from Freddie.
What a scorers paradise the travellers was… tons of birdie opportunity and if you didn’t go deep you got lapped! Aaron Baddeley shot 69 last round and lost ground. If you shot even par it was like 80! A lot of players hitting 3 woods on to par 4’s… what a difference a week made from the US Open!
The biggest story of last week was the young amateur, Cantlay who shot 60 and he’s only 19 years old! Unreal!
Some good form shown by Ryan Moore, Steve Flesch & a guy named Michael Thompson shot 62 with a bogey on the first and 29 the back nine, even old boy David Toms shot 64 on Sunday… Also good to see Shire Boy Aaron Price make 4 rounds and get some cash… Go the Shire Boys!
Look for my tips on the AT&T later this week
